Shalom Baptist Church was started in 1985 with 10 charter members. Since then, we have, by God’s grace, grown to a church of about 250 people in 2020. We believe in sound, biblical and inspiring preaching that stretches our faith and broaden our vision to love the Lord and serve His people. If you appreciate deep and uplifting sermons, you will not be disappointed in Shalom. 
 
Soul-winning is our heartbeat and missions is in our blood. We constantly strive to fulfil the Great Commission of the Lord by reaching the world for Christ. Our music is conservative, our doctrines fundamental, and we subscribe only to the King James Version of the Bible. Our members are just simple folks with a simple desire to please the Lord in every way. 
 
We have Sunday School for all ages, weekly Bible study groups, a Bible Institute to prepare future preachers and teachers, and a host of fellowship activities for the bonding of the brethren. In addition, we have annual church camps that help refresh and bond us, and mission trips that provide us a glimpse into the harsh realities the missionaries would face in the Lord’s harvest fields. Besides sending out our own missionaries, we support a good number of missionaries in the Asia-Pacific Rim.
